What happens if one of my room mates wants to cancel their place in the booking?
If a member of your group wishes to cancel, they can do this through the www.bookschoolies.com website by logging into the booking using the unique booking reference and password. Please note, that the per person price for other members of the group will increase if a person is cancelled off of a booking. Any cancellations will be subject to loss of deposit or full payment, subject to the date the cancellation is made. Alternatively, if you can find another person to replace the member of the group that wishes to cancel, simply change the name on the booking. In this instance the deposit will be transferred to the new person.
