What happens if one of my customers runs a script which causes the entire server to run slow?
This user account will be immediately suspended by our administration team – this is done in order to minimise damage to our servers and the well-being of our other customers sharing the server. We will then look at the script and may be able to suggest an alternative or a fix. But it is your responsibility to inform your client. Please note that we do not offer the re-writing of code for free – however a brief look at the code and advice if possible is included.
