On the day of the photo shoot a large number of images will be taken of each pet. Despite this there is always a small possibility that the shoot fails to produce any that are suitable, usually as a result of poor light. In this event you will be contacted so another shoot can be arranged. You will not be charged any extra travelling expenses should this happen.
