What happens if no one is present upon delivery?
If you wish to send a balloon bouquet, we recommend that you confirm prior to ordering that the recipient will be present during the scheduled delivery time. If we deliver to a place of business/school/hospital balloons will be left at the front desk. If your delivery is going to a residence, we will call prior to confirm that someone will be available. If no answer we will leave a message and await a return phone call. If a response has not been heard by the end of the day, we will contact you.
