If no one is home to receive the order, Australia Post will leave a card to say they have attempted delivery, and that the wine is able to be collected from the nearest Post Office. Alternatively, you may authorise Australia Post to leave the order in a specific place in the absence of anyone being home to receive the good. Such details can be left in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ box on the order details page. Please note Australia Post are unable to phone prior to delivery.
