What happens if no-one is at home to sign for the order?
Please provide as much information as you can in the ‘Add Comments About Your Order’ box at the checkout. These might include a mobile phone number, or details of neighbours who the courier could leave the item with. Also you can provide instructions for the courier to deliver the products unsigned, for example in a shed, but please be aware that we do not accept responsility for items that go missing if you leave such instructions. Please see the Delivery and Returns section for full details. • How long will it take for my order to get to me? We aim to fulfil the majority of orders within 5 working days. In the unlikely event that we do not have an item in stock, it can take longer. On the day of delivery, your order will usually arrive between 9am and 2pm, but please allow for them to arrive up until 5:30pm.
