If no one enters the Lottery for a home during the exclusive 5 day GNND reserve listing period, then the home is lost from the program and will be marketed to the general public and investors at full price. If the Lottery winner can not close for any reason, the next lottery participant will be contacted and offered the opportunity to purchase the home.
