What happens if my supervisor leaves the Department with less than 120-days remaining in the appraisal period?
When a rating official changes positions or leaves the Department with less than 120-days remaining in the appraisal period, he/she should complete a final summary rating for the employee, which may become the rating of record for the performance year. Performance accomplishments that occur after the supervisor leaves will be considered by the new supervisor.
