What happens if my site reaches maximum capacity of Hubz users?
If the number of site visitors wanting to use Hubz exceeds the number of user chat sessions purchased, all visitors over the purchase agreement amount will be greeted with a pop-up dialog box that says The Site Has Reached Maximum Capacity. Visitors will not be shown this box until they have attempted to log-in, and it will not interfere with their ability to browse the rest of the site normally.
