What happens if my recurring card instalment has failed?
If an instalment fails initially an email will be issued to the payer. This email will inform the payer that we will represent the instalment automatically within 5 days. If there is a second failure an email will be issued to the payer. This email will inform the payer that the recurring card plan has been cancelled, and an administration charge of 12.00 will be levied to the students account. Payment of the invoices will be due with immediate effect.
