What happens if my phone with the enrolled cellphone SIM is stolen?
In the event that the SIM card of the enrolled number is lost or stolen, please notify UnionBank Customer Service immediately by calling 841-8600. Any prepaid or postpaid load transactions requested and / or completed prior to reporting of the loss or theft shall be for the Cardholder’s Account. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to inform the Bank of the phone / SIM card loss. UnionBank will continue to credit the peso load transactions to the enrolled cellphone account unless Cardholder informs the Bank that the phone / SIM card is stolen. unless Cardholder informs the Bank that the phone / SIM card is stolen.
