What happens if my pet becomes sick or develops an injury while I’m away?
In the event that your pet becomes sick or develops an injury, our pet care specialist will first attempt to contact you for instructions but will ultimately transport your pet to your preferred veterinarian if we deem it necessary. If you do not have a regular veterinarian, or the problem occurs after hours, we will utilize the services of our veterinarian on call or one of the many available emergency clinics with whom we are familiar. Our primary focus is on the needs of your pet. If your pet requires veterinary care, he or she will absolutely get it.
