CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT 1 (888) 633-9432 if your card is lost or stolen. After you cancel your PayPower Prepaid Card, a replacement card with the remaining balance minus a $5.95 replacement fee will be mailed to you. As long as the lost or stolen PayPower Visa Prepaid Card is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized charges (Note: full reimbursement of any fraudulent charges is provided through the Zero Liability Policy*. We reserve the right to review any disputed charges based on our risk policy).
