What happens if my payment isn received within three business days of the order being placed?
It’s always best to send us your payment immediately, to ensure that Superior Gold Group can honor the confirmed price. All payments must be dated and post marked within 24 hours of your order confirmation and must be received within three business days. Late fees will be applicable to all payments that are not issued within this time frame (see below). Your Superior Gold Group order will automatically be canceled if we do not receive payment within three business days. If your order is cancelled, a minimum six percent (6%) cancellation fee is applicable. Should there be a decline in the market price on the day your order is cancelled, the cancellation fee may exceed $50. Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card. In the event the charge to your credit card is declined, your Superior Gold Group account will be suspended until the full cancellation fee has been received.
