It’s always best to send us your payment immediately, to ensure that Kitco can honor the confirmed price. All payments must be dated and post marked within 24 hours of your order confirmation and must be received within ten business days. Your Kitco order will automatically be canceled if we do not receive payment within ten business days. If your order is cancelled, a minimum $50 cancellation fee is applicable. Should there be a decline in the market price on the day your order is cancelled, the cancellation fee may exceed $50. Cancellation fees will be charged to your credit card. In the event the charge to your credit card is declined, your Kitco account will be suspended until the full cancellation fee has been received. If Kitco is unable to recoup the cancellation fee, your file will be sent to collections for further action.
