We’re asking everyone with a Voicemail account to call the new system and run through the account setup tutorial as soon as possible. This simple process will require you to record your name, create a security code (password) and record a standard personal greeting. This process is called “initializing” the account. It is important that your mailbox be setup prior to April 2. Until your mailbox is initialized, incoming callers will not be able to leave voice messages for you.
