Contact the Metlink Central Pass Office immediately on 9619 1159 and report your pass lost or stolen. A stop will be put on your pass so that no one will be able to use it. You will need to supply a Statutory Declaration and a replacement myki Travel Pass will be issued at a fee of $9.80.
