What happens if my Mi Dinero Prepaid MasterCard is lost or stolen?
Immediately call the Mi Dinero customer service number at 1-800-730-5820 if your Mi Dinero Financial Prepaid MasterCard has been lost or stolen. By entering your account information, selecting option 3, “Card Status and Security” and then selecting either “Lost” or “Stolen”, you can deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use. If your Mi Dinero Financial Prepaid MasterCard has been lost or stolen, a replacement card will automatically be issued for a $15 fee as long as you have at least a $20 available account balance.
