If you believe your Macy’s ReadyCARD has been lost or stolen or that someone has accessed or may access money from your Macy’s ReadyCARD without your permission, CALL US IMMEDIATELY AT (877) 607-3239. Calling us is the best way to limit your possible losses. A replacement Macy’s ReadyCARD will be issued and any available balance (less the replaced card fee — see the Schedule of Fees for current fee ) will be transferred to the new Macy’s ReadyCARD. As long as the lost or stolen Macy’s ReadyCARD is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized merchant charges.
