What happens if my local iiNetwork upgrade is cancelled or delayed?
If the build in your exchange is cancelled or delayed, we will notify you via email and give you the option to leave us without penalty or downgrading your service to the equivalently priced non-transit broadband1 plan. In most cases customers will be kept on a broadband1 transit plan for a maximum of six months. The iiNetwork upgrade may still occur later on down the track, however as we may not have an exact date on which it will be completed, we are unable to continue offering you the transit plan after the initial six months.
