What happens if my Green Garden Waste bin or bag is stolen or damaged?
When you have bought a bin or bag from us, it becomes your property, and you will have to look after it like anything else. If it gets stolen, you would have to report it to the police, and/or claim off your house contents insurance. If we damage your bin while emptying it, we will replace it free of charge. We recommend that you put your house number on your bins, and the bag will have a pocket you can use to label it.
