What happens if my GiftCards.com™ Visa® Debit Gift Card is lost or stolen?
If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately by calling our toll free number at 1-877-944-3822. Our customer support team is available for you 24/7. Be sure to give as much detailed information as possible to ensure that proper investigation can be handled in an expeditious manner. You do have the option to have a replacement gift card reissued to you and any unused funds will be transferred to the new gift card. There is a $5.00 administration fee to have a new gift card reissued back to you.
