If you lose your Gap Year cashplus card or it is stolen, call our Customer Services team immediately at 0871 277 5599* and select option 2 on the automated phone service. (If you are abroad call +44 871 277 5599 or ask a friend or family member at home to contact us on your behalf). By following the procedures outlined in the terms and conditions any unauthorised charges on your account will be refunded after you receive a replacement card.
