What happens if my dog becomes ill or needs medical attention while boarding?
If your animal becomes ill, we will try to contact both you and your emergency contact first. If not reached, we will take your pet to our preferred veterinarian or emergency clinic. The owner of the animal is responsible for all costs incurred. We can take the animal to a veterinarian requested by the owner as long as it is within 10 miles of the facility.
