What happens if my credit card doesn work at the entry or exit barrier of my pre-booked car park?

When you arrive at your pre-booked car park the primary identifier for your pre-booking is your licence plate and so the system should recognise your booking based on the licence plate details. If your licence plate is not recognised you will be required to use the same credit or Laser card used to make the online booking. If you need to use your credit or Laser card: At car park entry: Ensure the card is inserted correctly into the slot provided in the entry terminal. Should the card still fail, press the button and take a ticket. On your return to Dublin Airport and before returning to your car use this ticket to pay for your parking at any pay station. Your pre-booking may still be charged to your card account. Queries in relation to your payment can be made in writing to: Car Parks Administration Manager, Dublin Airport, or via email to parkingdublin@daa.ie with the following detail enclosed: • Booking reference number • Car park name • Arrival date & time • Departure date & time •
