NaVOBA will attempt to charge your credit card on file. If this attempt fails due to inaccurate credit card information, we will attempt to process your card for a period up to thirty (30) days. If you do not provide an updated credit card which NaVOBA can process successfully, your account will not be automatically renewed. Your account will be placed on suspension after thirty (30) days of nonpayment.
