What happens if my computer freezes or the power goes out or I lose Internet connection while I’m playing a cash game?
It’s your responsibility as a ZBO or customer to ensure that you have sufficient technical resources to access the FantaZ websites. If your Internet connection fails, or your computer dies or your house gets hit by a tornado (sorry Kansas) or anything else happens that causes you to be disconnected during a game or tournament, then you automatically forfeit the match and FantaZ will have no obligations to refund any entry fees paid.
