What happens if my computer crashes halfway through completing the application form?
This is not a problem, as long as you remember to save your answers as you go along. Even if it crashes in the middle of a test that you can take only once, the technology is sophisticated enough to know what’s happened and should let you start again. If you do experience any problems when taking the tests, please call us immediately on our freephone number 0500 664 665. The line is open 9.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
