What happens if my client, employee, or supplier looses their Citizens Bank Visa Gift Card?
The cardholder must notify us immediately by calling the cardholder services number and provide their card number and other information requested. Once they have notified us, a replacement card will be couriered to them subject to verification of their request and a $20 replacement fee. The cardholder will be responsible for any transactions conducted before they notify us that their card has been lost or stolen.
