If you have registered your City National Visa Gift Card online, call Client Services at 1-866-490-0641 as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Unregistered City National Visa Gift Cards will not be replaced. A replacement fee applies for lost, stolen and damaged cards only. Expired cards will be replaced.
