From your Mobile Sentry Control panel you can request an email alert to be sent should the website detect that the application is no longer running on the mobile phone. N.B: Please note however that if the phone is out of signal a false alert could be generated. If you receive an email stating that the website cannot contact the mobile phone please check the mobile phone to see if the application is still installed.
