However, there are many instances where it is perfectly acceptable, such as if you are moving out of an area and can no longer make the drive. If you signed a club contract you may find there is a transfer fee buried in there for local transfers. It can be several hundred dollars. If your child is not receiving adequate playing time, that is a good reason to ask the coach for a meeting to discuss your child’s progress.
