If your CCP/I-GO Card does not work on CTA, immediately notify the customer assistant at the rail station or the bus operator. To get a replacement card you should visit www.chicago-card.com or contact CTA Customer Service at 1-888-YOUR-CTA (1-888-968-7282), Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
