What happens if my casting or impression doesn turn out quite right?
It is not uncommon for casts to have some minor flaws such as air bubbles or water runs. This is cleaned up and resculpted by hand before you come to collect your finished sculpture. At Memories Made we never sell a finished product unless it meets our very high quality standards. It is very unlikely that you would have to come back for a second casting session. If we see that there has been damage to a mould then I can usually repeat the casting process within the same session at no extra cost to you.
