You will not be able to initiate a voice call or use GPRS via Prepaid Roaming. You will receive this message on your mobile phone : “Sorry, you have insufficient card balance to make this call. Please top up your card and try again.” After you have topped up your card’s main balance, you will need to wait for a minimum of 1 hr before you can start to use GPRS via Prepaid Roaming.
