What happens if my cake stand or tea cup candle arrives broken?
We will package your item(s) in a strong box with ample protection to ensure it will be safe in transit. As soon as your item(s) is shipped they become your responsibility for insurance and breakage purposes. In the unlikely event of a cake stand breakage occurring in transit we will try to replace the plate with a similar type of plate for you, but please note this is a gesture to make sure you are satisfied rather than a guarantee and may not be achievable due to the one off nature of the plates we source. If issuing a new plate, we will require a photo as proof of breakage.
