If the damage is the fault of our shipping company, Environmental Office Solutions will file a freight claim and absorb the loss. If the cartridge damage is due to improper packing, then shipping fees will be the responsibility of the sender. To ensure proper packing, add newspaper, bubble wrap or any other lightweight filler so the contents do not shift. Please see terms and conditions for additional information.
