First thing you need to do is call us at 1-877-NOW-GOLF (669-4653), and we will handle the rest. We will contact the golf course and check on the conditions, and see if the golf course is having play on their course. If the course is not playable and is allowing golfers to cancel due to weather, you will receive a FULL refund. If the golf course is having all players going out, they will not allow us to refund you.
