What happens if it rains on the hire day?
All of our castles are available with shower covers, but these are not sufficient for heavier rain. Therefore the bouncy castle is not to be used if it gets too wet, as it becomes very dangerous. If it is likely to be very wet on the day of hire you can cancel anytime up to 1 hour before delivery without charge. If your castle is in the process of being delivered, you can still cancel but a 50% charge will be payable.
