If we are unable to provide a diagnosis by email, we will either arrange a time where you can speak with your mychoiceMD.com doctor by telephone if your symptoms need discussing more urgently or, if necessary and where possible, we will ask that you come in to see your mychoiceMD.com doctor for a face-to-face consultation so that we may properly diagnose and treat you. If you are located outside the UK and a face-to-face consultation is needed, we will refer you to a physician in your area for an examination.
