When we receive you e-mail the doctor will immediately evaluate the information provided to decide whether it is possible to make a diagnosis by e-mail. If it is not possible to make a diagnosis online then you will be contacted to suggest that you make an appointment to see one of our doctors or, if that is not possible, to see a doctor locally. Any relevant advice will be given to help in the interim.
