IrishAngels who are interested in learning more about your startup as a potential investment opportunity will contact you directly, using the contact information you provided. From there the process could evolve in a number of ways but will usually start with the IrishAngels member requesting a business plan and additional information regarding your company. At this point, how you want to pursue the interaction is up to you. You can choose to ask for Non-Disclosure Agreements and can determine what, if any, information you would like to share. The Gigot Center is not involved in communication that happens between entrepreneurs and IrishAngels after the plan is initially posted to the network. Any investment negotiations that occur based on the IrishAngels network posting are strictly between the entrepreneur and IrishAngels member.
