What happens if inclement weather is forecast for the event?
An event may be postponed or re-scheduled if the Tournament Director determines that the weather is a safety concern. As much notice as possible will be given in the event of a cancellation or reschedule and you need to check this site prior to the event for the latest updates. You will have the option to transfer or refund any pre-registered entry in the event of a cancellation or re-schedule by contacting the ABA office or the Tournament Director (24) hours prior to the event.
