What happens if in 2-3 years my picture starts to fade or crack etc..?
Our pendants are made with 14k gold and state of the art technology. If however a defect occurs, we give all our pendants a lifetime warranty. We will repair or replace the picture pendant. Each picture pendant is assigned its own serial number which is indicated in several places. To order to insure proper warranty coverage please keep a record of this serial number for any future warranty that you may have or you may be subject to a surcharge.
