What happens if Im late for my scheduled party?
We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests; however, our room times run on a strict schedule and your party may be asked to relocate to another location in our facility. On some occasions, that may be an outside picnic table area. Our Party Hosts/Hostesses are scheduled for numerous parties throughout the day, and in the event your party exceeds your scheduled 2 hour time, you will be asked to close out your tab at the end of your scheduled party. You and your guests may stay as long as you would like; however, your Party Host must move to his/her next scheduled party. If you have scheduled a Splash Zone party and arrive late, your party will continue for the scheduled time only. There are no exceptions for late arrivals.
