What happens if I was a MaxPerks member at the time of my purchase but forgot to show my MaxPerks ID Card?

Simply log in to your account, click on “My Rewards” in the main navigation bar on the homepage. Then in the detailed transaction area, click on Add a Receipt and follow the instructions. We will add your purchase to your account within seven (7) business days. For new members who have been in the program less than 90 days, adjustments will not be made for purchases that occurred prior to the date of enrollment. For members who have been in the program for more than 90 days, adjustments will only be made for transactions occurring within the last 90 days. There is a limit of seven (7) adjustments per calendar month.
