A. Simply log in to your account, click on “Add a Receipt” under the “My Account” area on the homepage and follow the instructions. Be sure to have your receipt ready to enter the specific required information. We will add your purchase to your account in the “My Statement” area of the site within 7 business days. Adjustments will only be made for purchases occurring within the last 90 days.
