What happens if I want to exit the syndicate prior to horses completion of racing career?
You can exit the syndicate at any time, however what you can sell your share in the horse for will depend upon its performance at the time. Your share will be offered to the other syndicate members in the first instance at a price to be agreed between the parties. If no agreement can be reached then you are free to sell your share to any other party. This will be your responsibility however we will try to assist in the matter if possible. You will be responsible for your share of monthly expenses until such time as someone takes over your share.
