What happens if I use my Account to make a payment and the merchant, after charging the card does not provide the service?
and the card Issuer are not responsible if any person does not honor your Card. Incase of defects in or non-delivery of any goods or services you purchased or leased by using the Card, you will be required to mail the merchant and resolve the issue. Afripay of course will assist as much as we can in this respect. We will need the following information to assist in this matter; (a) The card number we issued to you, (b) the merchant site you used, (c) the goods purchased and (d) the amount and date of the transaction.
