What happens if I use EasyCheck-in Online but will not be able to make my flight?
If you will not be able to make your flight but have already checked-in, you can cancel your check-in by logging back in to EasyCheck-in Online and clicking on the cancel check-in option. If you are unable to access online check-in please call United Reservations to cancel your flight or contact a United representative at the airport.
If you are traveling positive space and will not be able to make your flight but have already checked-in, you can reclaim your e-ticket by calling 1-800-589-5582 option 4. Please inform the representative that you have checked in online but are no longer traveling on that flight. Please provide your name, flight number and seat assignment.
